The first time we met with her Michele Furlong was prepared with a market analysis providing us with information about comparable homes in the area. We could see what had sold recently and what was currently on the market. She then walked through the home with us making suggestions about things we could do to improve the appearance of the property. This was an estate sale, so we were not looking to do any major improvements, but she had several easy, inexpensive fixes to make rooms look larger and brighter. Michele excels at photographing a home to present the property in the best possible way. Our listing was incredible and generated multiple showings immediately. When we received an offer she took the time to present it thoroughly, highlighting the pros and cons. In fact, she communicated with us regularly during the process about every aspect of listing, showing, contract negotiations and closing. Michele Furlong is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and professional. I highly recommend her for both buying and selling real estate.
